Eric Vander Velde here, New York Drive and Maiden Lane. Our house survived and we are currently occupying. I am all ears and would like to be part of the conversation on sharing knowledge and resources. I am a career environmental professional (Geologist) and am well versed in site and property assessment (soil, air and water). I have been putting a document together with Human Health Screening levels. I am a little hesitant in throwing it out there to the masses. It is very technical (the data that is). Understanding context is important. I will say, if you are going down the road of sampling on your property (soil, indoor air or water) and would like to pass anything through me, do not hesitate. There are many reputable firms out there that are licensed to perform these assessments. Let me know if I can help. Are we sharing phone numbers on this site?
