Las Flores Water visited properties on lower Rubio Crest Drive today and checked meters for full functionality. Our meter and the neighbors across the street began spinning as water flowed onto the property. We are ready to receive water service once our plumber installs the hose bib. Our current quoted cost may be under $500.00 total per home. Make sure your Gate Box Valve is not too stiff or it may break. WD-40 / Lubricant should free it up.
