One of our neighbors that needs remediation down in Camp Huntington was having too much difficulty using the adjusters that the FAIR Plan sent out. That adjuster was recommending $77K when actuals were likely to cost more than $100K. So he hired the Public Adjust below who is now filing a claim for $500K. Even though a Public Adjuster will take a percentage of the total, it may be be worth it having them dealing with the FAIR plan or Insurance Co, estimates, and making sure you get full remediation.
