Hello all this is your neighbor Michael from 3510 rubio crest dr. Somebody’s contractor poured concrete today and they dropped some of their pour on the way up which hardened into a small boulder sized rock (where rubio crest meets rubio vista rd). If anyone’s contractor or anyone Neighbors contractor poured concrete today please let them know they have to clean up their mess. This is extremely dangerous, and it’s a huge inconvenience to have on our roads. Let’s try to keep our community clean. Thank you all.
