Yesterday while at the property (3311 Rubio Crest Drive), we noticed a bulldozer on the hill/trail on the Loma Alta side of the street (aka Gravity Hill) across from the Rubio Wash Basin.
Would you happen to know what’s going on? Other than “trail closed” signs, no other postings that we could see from the street.

There was some flood damage in the Gravity Hills trailhead area, so it was either mud cleanup or Edison was finishing up their underground power line work. Last week, there were a few shorter electrical/telephone poles on a trailer, which appear to have been installed in the Camp Huntington Rd area.
In terms of mud, most of it was concentrated in the lower Loma Alta/Sunny Oaks and Porter Avenue areas. Rubio Highland streets were essentially mud-free.

Re: the shorter electrical/telephone poles in the Camp Huntington Rd area, those poles are temporary while Edison continues to put the power lines underground in that area.
