My friend Marlene lost her home on Rubio Crest Drive and she would like to rebuild on her lot exactly as the home was before. Looking through the Mount Lowe Estates brochure she had the Plan 112-A design.
Does anyone know where she could get a set of architectural plans on that design to give whatever architect she hires a jumping off point? The city of Pasadena says they do not have them.
