I have had my ROE completed for well over a month.
Hi. I’m 1259. I’d trying calling them if you haven’t already and let them know that other properties in your neighborhood have been cleared and ask for a status.I spent a significant time on hold, but when I actually reached a human, they were very helpful.
Hello Angela, Yesterday I did start the calling process and was told to leave a message. This morning, I was able to speak with someone and was told I would get a call back later in the day; well, it didn’t happen, so tomorrow I’m back on it.
We got our 72 hour notice and expect our 24 hour notice once the rain clears. I believe if your Docusign process completed successfully, they will be calling soon.
Last night we got our call for debris removal foundation removal.
They are doing the walkaround at 7am and will call us.
We decided we don’t need to be there.
I hope other neighbors as also getting calls.
